Fuzz Force

Ok, have you ever had a really good idea for a game, but you have no idea how to make one? I do. I want to make a side-scrolling shoot-em-up so bad. But the only editer I find easy enough to use in halve in Japanese, so I can't really gat much to work. :(

So, does anyone know where I can find a full English version of Shooter Maker 95?
